SAF wins another firearms rights lawsuit – Target: Omaha

Earlier this month, I wrote about the SAF (Second Amendment Foundation) winning a $399,950 check from the City of Chicago for overturning their handgun ban.  Now they have won another lawsuit and collected another check.

The SAF filed a lawsuit against the City of Omaha, Nebraska in defense of a person whi had their firearms rights violated and they won.  Alan Gottlieb, the founder of the SAF is shown holding a check from the City of Omaha for $12,000.

Alan is going all-out in defending our Second Amendment rights.  I would bet these cities might think twice the next time they violate someone’s constitutional rights, Particularly the Second Amendment.

I’m sure they will have their lawyers working overtime figuring out how to work around the Bill of Rights, but Alan will be keeping an eye on them.  You can be sure of that.

The SAF also had a hand in stopping the San Francisco gun ban along with wins up and down the Left Coast.
